A sleek, contemporary home perched on top of Eaglemont, with expansive views over the Melbourne cityscape. The house has a surprisingly compact footprint but reaches skywards over four levels to provide a spacious and light-filled living environment. This renovation came with some particular challenges. Deciding how to treat the double-height void above the main living space was a priority. In the end, we made a feature of the space by cladding the walls in timber and accentuating the fireplace and joinery design.
